In the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), the Board of Pensions is the board responsible for benefits. The Board of Pensions is governed by an independent thirty-three member board of directors nominated by the General Assembly Nominating Committee and elected by the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). The Board of Pensions reports to each General Assembly regarding the work completed on its behalf.
