SESSION RECORD READING UPDATES FOR 2014

SESSION RECORDS READING UPDATES:

  • The deadline for Reading Session Records is August 31, 2014.  All Clerks of Session will have an opportunity at each of the Regional Commission meetings to have their records read.
  • We will have readers available prior to the Presbytery Meeting on May 20th. Readers will be available from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • In addition we will be coordinating some other reading sites for May through July, 2014.  We will keep you posted as they are confirmed.
  • The GREEN and YELLOW sheets will be mailed out to all clerks on Monday, May 5, 2014. You will receive two sets, and we ask that both sets are filled out prior to getting your records read.
