Westminster Presbyterian Church in West Chester, PA is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor who will be responsible for driving and encouraging the vision of Spiritual Growth while performing other general pastoral duties (e.g. preaching) as needed. The AP will oversee multiple program directors and work with the Adult Spiritual Growth team and other committees in engaging members in spiritual growth, ministry and mission. Their focus will extend from preschool to children, youth and adults.  We are a welcoming, inclusive and active faith community in the Philadelphia suburbs and the largest church in Donegal Presbytery.  Our vision is to draw people from a variety of theological, economic, political and social perspectives and in different stages of spiritual development and to recognize that all members and participants at WPC are called to serve Jesus Christ.
