This position is responsible for leading, coordinating and implementing youth ministry programs / activities tailored to engage and empower middle/high school youth. Following FPCS practices for two leaders being with children, this position will work in tandem with an assistant / volunteer when children are present. This role has a normative expectation of ~5 hours per week; and, the Youth Mission Trip would be an additional 80 hours in the implementation month.
