The Deacons Ministry of St. John’s Presbyterian Church in Devon, PA are hosting a Divorce Recovery Seminar called Rebuilding at St. John’s Devon beginning in January 2024. The seminar is based on the book “Rebuilding: When Your Relationship Ends” by Dr. Bruce Fisher LMFT. It is facilitated by Margaret Lambert MSW, LCSW who was trained by Dr. Fisher and has been facilitating these seminars for over 20 years. Her approach is eclectic in nature but has a strong foundation in Family Systems Theory; with a Cognitive-Behavioral and an educational approach. Margaret has training and experience in a variety of areas including grief and loss, marital and couples therapy, divorce recovery, anxiety, depression, and adult survivors of abuse.

The seminar is 10 weeks long and meets on Mondays from 6-9 p.m., starting January 8 and finishing March 18 (taking a break for MLK). There will be an informational meeting on October 2nd on Zoom at 7 p.m. for those who want to learn more and possibly register.
