Self-Development of People 2021 Grants Announced
Our Presbytery’s Committee for the Self-Development of People recently awarded two grants totaling $7,200.
- Why Not Prosper is an amazing team of formerly incarcerated women with a sole purpose to help women who are returning citizens to navigate successfully back into community/society. www.why-not-prosper.org Click here for a PDF of their work
- SW Philly Food Pantry is a ministry of The Common Place (Salt & Light). Their Food Pantry initiative will respond to the increased food insecurities in Southwest Philly, especially as they work to the benefit and well-being of children. www.the commonplacephilly.org
