Christ’s Community Church (PCUSA), Drexel Hill, PA is seeking a part time Music Director/Organist/Pianist for weekly playing in an informal worship service, including organ and piano accompaniment for hymns and choral/special music throughout the year. Successful candidates should have a heart for worship, experience leading and growing a diverse music ministry, as well as being proficient at playing the organ and piano. A degree in sacred music and/or music education is preferred.
Our Music Director’s duties are as follows, but not limited to: Coordinating and providing music for weekly Sunday morning and special services throughout the year. Directing the Praise Team and Choir. Attend weekly worship team meetings and working with the pastor to select, plan, and coordinate music for upcoming worship services.
