The Book of Confessions and Book of Order: The Constitution of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) consists of two parts: PART ONE is The Book of Confessions. It contains the historical statements of what we as a church believe. PART TWO, the Book of Order, is composed of three parts, titled Form of Government, Directory for Worship, and Rules of Discipline.
Helping ruling elders in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) function as spiritual leaders in their congregations is the focus of a series of monthly articles titled Regarding Ruling Elders: A Monthly Series for Spiritual Leaders.
