  • Talking About Racism in Monocultural Congregations: A Pastor-to-Pastor Peer Forum. This gathering will provide a safe place for pastors to reflect on the challenges of leaning into this courageous conversation in ways that might encourage awareness and action in our call as Christian leaders to lean into this prevalent sin in our midst.

  • Cultivating Enough – Holding it all Together During this Unprecedented Time: This conversation will provide an opportunity for all leaders in our churches to consider the importance of navigating some of the spiritual and emotional challenges that have been heightened over the past eight months. Some areas of consideration will include managing expectations, walking through grief and loss, embracing self-care and sabbath moments.

  • The Church in the World – Serving the Community Beyond our “Digital Walls” At first it was all about worship – how do we gather as a community of faith in the time of social distancing? But then the question became – How do we serve the communities and ministries that sustain many outside the realities of our churches? Come hear and share what churches are doing in response to our call to be the “Word in the world.”
